10, 9, 8, 7…1 of Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
10, 15, 20, 25…55 Double Unders
* start with 10 Kettlebell Swings, then 10 Double Unders. Next set would be 9 Kettlebell Swings, 15 Double Unders. Next set 8 Kettlebell Swings, 20 Double Unders. Do this until you get to 1 KB Swing and 55 Double Unders. Since I can’t do double unders, I did triple the amount in single jumps. So all together 55-35# kb swings and 975 jumps in 16:47!!
Then it was cash out time. ..
4 rounds of:
20 hollow rocks
10 knees to chest
20 bicycle situps
30 second plank
…and now I am toast!!! (at Cascade CrossFit)
For the record, these heels yesterday followed by 65 total of 20” box jumps…ha! I know where my achilles are now! :)

My three rep deadlift max today at #cascadecrossfit !! 215 lbs baby!! Never in a million years did I think I could do that 7 months ago!! Started with 55 lbs then.160 lbs added since!!
